Jr/Sr High Registration
Crossroads Junior and Senior High Student Ministry meets weekly throughout the school year. This year's youth gatherings are scheduled to begin August 30. We need an updated parent authorization/registration on file for every student grades 6 - 12.
**This authorization/registration MUST be filled out by a parent, not the minor student.
